We use JNE shipping provider for National and RPX shipping provider for International shipping.
Orders placed after 16.00 WIB will be processed on the next business day (Monday – Friday).

Refunds are unavailable, but exchanging the item for the same or more price is accepted if the exchanged item is available and the item received is not damaged
